Tatil Olayı Recommends • Choose clothing, accessories and footwear (boots, slippers, sandals, water shoes, etc.) suitable for the region’s geography, weather conditions and the tour concept. • Since you will be able to take photos and videos during the tour, don’t forget to bring items such as batteries, power banks (portable power sources), chargers, and external memory devices for these devices. • Bring any regular medication with you when you join the tour. Inform your guide about seasonal or chronic (allergic, chronic, hereditary) conditions. It is recommended to carry your medical reports. • Remember to pack your personal care items (shampoo, cream, toothpaste, etc.) when you set off. • Bring a backpack for the items you’ll need to keep with you during the tour. • You may bring books, magazines, music players, etc., to make your journey more enjoyable. • If your package tour includes boat trips and swimming breaks, it is advisable to have all necessary beach gear (swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, beach bag, goggles, fins, etc.) with you. Rest Stops Rest stops are scheduled at designated intervals at the dining and basic‑needs facilities along the package tour route. Optional (Extra) Tours Extra tours such as night excursions listed in the itinerary are carried out depending on the number of participants and the availability of the guide/captain assigned to the package tour. Extra tours conducted along the route take place even if not all travelers join. Guests who do not wish to join the extra tours will be directed by our guide to designated rest areas or city centers before entering the city. Travelers who decline to join extra tours along the way are considered to have participated in the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop. The guide may adjust the schedule (order of sites visited during the day or day‑to‑day planning) due to weather, road conditions or other reasons deemed necessary. Tatil Olayı is not responsible for any sites that cannot be visited as written in the itinerary because of force majeure (weather, road, crowding at attractions, etc.) or because guests do not follow the timings given by the guide. Our Tour Hotels The listed facilities are the preferred accommodations for our tour. Hotel names will be disclosed upon request at least 48 hours before departure. Due to occupancy and force‑majeure, hotels of equivalent standard may be changed. In such a case, our guests will be notified by a Tatil Olayı representative at least 24 hours in advance.
