The Best Kebab I've Ever Had

I can confidently say that the kebab I experienced at Kule Restaurant was the best kebab I've ever had.

This special kebab is prepared with a mixture of 70% beef and 30% lamb to achieve a perfect balance of flavors. When you wrap it in freshly baked lava bread with roasted vegetables, greens, and onions, the resulting flavor is truly indescribable!

Endless Variety of Mezes and Lebanese Cuisine Influence

Due to its geographical and historical location, Hatay is very close to Lebanese and Eastern Mediterranean cuisine. You can see the biggest reflection of this closeness in the meze dishes that adorn the table.

Normally, it's not possible to see such a rich variety of meze dishes in restaurants in my hometown or throughout Turkey. However, in Hatay, it's a different story: So many mezes are served that sometimes you see people coming to the kebab shop and leaving the table without eating any meat, just with the meze varieties.

There are two standout flavors that I must mention:

Buttery Humus: One of the most characteristic flavors of Hatay cuisine. The humus, served with hot butter poured over it, is a masterpiece in terms of texture and flavor.

Atom Meze: A favorite among those who like spicy food! Made from the famous Samandağ pepper, which is considered one of the spiciest peppers in Turkey. It's very spicy but also very addictive.
