This Terms & Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the Seller identified above, offering services through the website www.guideturco.com, and the customer purchasing a service through the website ("Buyer"), upon the Buyer's electronic confirmation.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and performance of private tours, custom travel design, yacht tours and airport/city transfer services ("Service") ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website.

3. General Information About the Service

The type, scope, date, time, number of participants and total price of the Service are communicated to the Buyer electronically (via email or the website) at order confirmation and form an integral part of the order summary.

4. Payment

The Service fee is collected online by credit or debit card through the Seller's secure payment infrastructure (iyzico). Card details are not stored on the Seller's servers.

5. Performance of the Service

The Service is performed by the Seller or its authorized partners at the date, time and meeting point specified in the order confirmation. For airport transfers, the service begins once the vehicle reaches the specified point.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy

As the Services are performed at a specific date and time and fall under "services related to leisure time activities," the Buyer does not have a right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 15(1)(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation. Instead, the Seller applies the following cancellation and refund policy:

A. Standard Tours & Airport Transfers Cancellation Terms:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the service time receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the service time receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service time, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

B. Private Yacht Tours & Boat Charter Cancellation Terms:

Due to advanced operational arrangements (vessel booking, crew and logistics), cancellations for private yacht tours and charters are subject to the following specific terms, overriding the general policy:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled service date receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before the scheduled service date receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

Cancellation requests must be sent to the Seller via email or official communication channels.

7. Change Requests

Change requests such as flight delays, time shifts or route updates can be made free of charge up to 12 hours before the service time, subject to availability.

8. Refund Process

Approved refunds are transferred to the original card used for payment via the iyzico infrastructure. Depending on the bank's processing time, the refund is usually reflected in the account within 7-14 business days.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this Agreement are subject to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the place where the Buyer conducted the transaction, within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade.

10. Effective Date

By confirming the order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all provisions of this Agreement electronically, and the Agreement takes effect at that moment.
