At Guide Turco, we strive to provide flexible, reliable, and premium private experiences. Since our services consist of private tours, custom trip designing, yacht charters, and airport transfers, our delivery and cancellation terms are outlined below.
1. Delivery of Services
- Private Tours, Yacht Tours & Custom Experiences: Once your booking is confirmed and payment is processed, your service is considered "delivered" at the scheduled date, time, and location agreed upon in your itinerary.
- Airport Transfers: The service begins the moment your designated vehicle and private expert are deployed to the specified airport or pickup location.
2. Cancellation & Return (Refund) Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. To receive a refund, cancellation requests must be sent via email or our official communication channels within the timeframes below:
A. Standard Tours & Airport Transfers Cancellation Terms:
- Full Refund (100%): Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled service start time will receive a full refund.
- Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours prior to the scheduled service start time are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service, or in the case of a "no-show", are non-refundable.
B. Private Yacht Tours & Boat Charter Cancellation Terms:
Due to advanced operational arrangements (vessel booking, crew, and logistics), cancellations for private yacht tours and charters are subject to the following specific terms, overriding the general policy:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled service date are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days prior to the scheduled service date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled service, or in case of a no-show, are non-refundable.
3. Changes and Modifications
You may request changes to your transfer or tour details (such as flight delays, time shifts, or destination adjustments) up to 12 hours before the service without any penalty, subject to availability.
4. Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method via our secure payment gateway (iyzico).
- Depending on your bank's processing times, refunds generally reflect on your statement within 7 to 14 business days.
