Tatil Olayı Recommends • It is recommended to wear clothes, accessories, and shoes (boots, slippers, sandals, water shoes, etc.) suitable for the geographical structure of the region, weather conditions, and tour concept. • Since there will be opportunities to take photos and videos during the tour, do not forget to bring the necessary materials for your devices, such as batteries, power banks, charging devices, and external memory. • Bring your regular medications with you on the tour. Inform your guide about any seasonal or ongoing (allergic, chronic, or genetic) health issues. It is recommended to carry your medical reports with you. • Do not forget to bring your personal care products (shampoo, cream, toothpaste, etc.) with you on the tour. • Bring a backpack with you to carry the necessary items during the tour. • You can bring books, magazines, music players, etc. to make your trip more enjoyable. • If there are boat tours and swimming breaks in your package tour, it is recommended to bring all necessary beach equipment (swimsuits, towels, sunscreen, beach bags, diving goggles, flippers, etc.) with you. Break Points Breaks are given at certain intervals for meals and basic needs during the package tour. Optional (Extra) Tours Extra tours such as night tours included in the tour program are carried out depending on the number of people and the availability of the guide/captain. Passengers who do not want to participate in extra tours on the road are considered to have joined the tour by accepting to wait at the break point. The guide may make changes to the program schedule (the order of places to be visited during the day or the planning between days) due to weather conditions, road conditions, or other reasons. Tatil Olayı is not responsible for places that cannot be visited due to unavoidable reasons (weather, road, density at visiting places, etc.) or because our guests do not comply with the schedule given by the guide. Our Tour Hotels The specified hotel names are the priority hotels for our tour. Hotel names will be announced 48 hours before the tour departure, upon request. Due to density and unavoidable reasons, changes may be made to the hotels, provided that they are of the same standard. In such a case, our guests will be informed by a Tatil Olayı representative 24 hours in advance.
